Use of the directory

FindFoundationPros (findfoundationpros.com) provides a directory of foundation repair professionals for informational purposes. Use of the directory is free for homeowners.

Contractor listings

Listing information is sourced from public records and contractor-provided data. FindFoundationPros does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current certification status of any listing. Always verify credentials directly with the contractor and relevant certification bodies.

No endorsement

FindFoundationPros does not endorse or recommend any specific contractor. Appearance in the directory does not constitute a referral or guarantee of quality.

Contractor accounts

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of information in their listings. Misrepresentation of credentials or services may result in listing removal without refund.

Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Limitation of liability

FindFoundationPros is not liable for any work performed by contractors found through the directory, or for any damages arising from use of the service.
